Sandlot sundays

Sandlot sundays are good old fashion pick-up baseball games. they happen most sundays at 1 pm at lacy park (check social media for confirmation). anyone interested is welcome to join the fun!

Interested in getting involved in the sandlot experience?

All you need is (g)love.

Actually, you don’t even need a glove; the Rumblers have plenty of gear to go around. Come play baseball! All you really need to engage with the best baseball experience in town is a love for the game and the right attitude. We accept all comers on Sandlot Sundays. Our Sandlot Sunday attendees range from true athletes that played scholarship ball in college to players that made their last lineup card in little league. No matter what your skill level, Sandlot Sunday is a place for playing baseball, support and the spreading of the gospel that community baseball is alive and well in Tulsa—and accessible to all who want to be a part of it!

Fill out the form below or just show up to Lacy Park during a scheduled Sandlot Sunday. When we don’t have a game, we usually host Sandlot Sundays. Follow us on Instagram for updates.

Sandlot sundays is how we all got started.

Before there were Rumblers, there were Sandlot Sundays.

Long before we realized the dream of fielding a fully functional sandlot team, we were shagging fly balls in the dead of winter at Heller Park hoping that others might join in our enthusiasm and love for this great game. Sandlot Sunday is, and will always be, the keystone of our Tulsa-based Sandlot Revolution offering. If it sounds a little bit like a religious experience, maybe it’s because that’s how we feel about it.

Sandlot Sundays are “open practices” where members of the Rumblers, Breeze, Jesters, Outlaws and other non-affiliated lovers of the game get together to improve our skills, meet with friends and transport ourselves back to that time when this game was a source of pure joy and wonder.
